500 rep challenge. Why are we doing this? Because A) It’s challenge day! B) You have the chance to create your own workout and C) Because I know you can! Each exercise is worth 1 rep and you can do any combination towards your end goal of 500. If you don’t have a ton of time, you can cut this in half and try it again another day. This challenge can be anything you want it to be. There are seven exercises you can choose from to make up your 500 reps.
