Workout Notes

Don’t forget the warmup! I have been doing the same warmup for workouts for 8 years, and while sometimes it may feel mundane, it warms you up perfectly for what you are about to do. But because I know some of you guys skip the warm-up, I’m giving you a whole set in the beginning just so you get it for sure. ;) The other two sets are full body strength, let’s get it!
